We are the first sustainably sourced seafood restaurant in SA. 100% of our seafood is traceable and harvested from the only community-supported fishery in the Southern Hemisphere.

We differ from other restaurants and fishmongers, by knowing:

  1. Who caught our fish,

  2. Where it was caught,

  3. How it was caught,

  4. When it was caught and obviously what was caught.

The fishers also receive a fair price (better than the market) for their produce. We offer species that won't be found in other restaurants and fishmongers. We elevate lesser-known species based on the seasons, such as Carp, Snook, Sargent Baker to name a few.

We have a solid local community customer base, but most people travel to eat our seafood due to the differences we provide.

We are the first restaurant in South Australia to Dry Age fish. This process elevates fish to another level. The texture and lightness of this process is a taste to be experienced.

Another difference we offer is a Wood Fire BBQ in the restaurant, which elevates taste profiles. We use the wood fire to grill seafood, smoke fish, or bones that get used into things like Chowder, salts and stocks. We reduce our waste by utilising all components of the fish in very creative ways.
