Serve on your menu…

  • One main course dish with a locally produced core ingredient identified by naming the local producer or regional origin (minimum of two main course dishes for metropolitan Adelaide venues).

Example: Najobe Premium Grass Fed Tomahawk Steak with Beerenberg Smoky Bourbon Sauce, a potato galette and Taylors tempranillo glaze.

  • One smaller dish such as entrées, tapas or dessert with a locally produced core ingredient identified by naming the local producer or regional origin (minimum of two for metropolitan Adelaide venues).

Example: Coffin Bay Oysters Kilpatrick with Barossa Fine Foods Bacon; or Haigh’s Chocolate Mousse with Tweedvale Pure Double Cream.

  • A platter option that includes a minimum of three locally produced core ingredients, identified by naming the local producer or regional origin.

Example: Fleurieu Lunch Platter including Little Acre Foods Charcuterie, Hindmarsh Valley Feta, Currawong Table Olives and Skala Bakery Sourdough Bread.

  • Minimum of four locally produced beverage products, including at least one brewed (beer), one distilled (spirit) and two fermented (wine).

If you don’t quite meet the above criteria or would like to add more locally sourced ingredients to your menu, find a South Australian food or beverage producer in the directory below.
