Coopers Brewery's Regency Park Visitor Centre offers a contemporary dining experience that celebrates South Australia's quality produce and Coopers' rich brewing heritage. The venue features a spacious taproom and restaurant with indoor seating for over 200 guests, complemented by an expansive outdoor plaza, making it an ideal spot for both casual and special occasions.

The seasonal à la carte menu is made by chef Fabio Castello, crafted with locally sourced ingredients from regions such as the Adelaide Hills, Riverland, Limestone Coast, and the Eyre and Yorke Peninsulas. Signature dishes include the Original Pale Ale battered flathead served with classic chips and Murray River salt, and grilled Robe octopus accompanied by saffron coconut rice—each plate reflecting Coopers’ commitment to flavour, locality, and quality. Dishes often incorporate Coopers' own beers, highlighting the brewery's commitment to quality and locality.

Guests can enjoy a selection of Coopers' classic beers, including exclusive small-batch brews from the on-site microbrewery. The curated drinks list also features wines from renowned South Australian producers like Yalumba, Bleasdale, and d'Arenberg, as well as spirits from local distilleries such as Kangaroo Island Spirits and Settlers Spirits.
