Christian, a Clare local and classically trained chef with 30 years of culinary experience, brings decades of culinary experience and a deep appreciation for handmade, home-grown ingredients. His ever-evolving menu is inspired by European cuisine and grounded in the seasons, showcasing the best produce South Australia has to offer.
Caity, driven by her love for wine, curates a thoughtful, all-local wine list that complements Christian’s menu. Her selections are handpicked from South Australian wineries, ensuring a true local pairing experience that celebrates the region’s winemaking excellence.
