Artisans of Barossa is a unique collective of eight small, independent winemakers brought together by a shared passion for preserving and promoting the art of small-batch Barossa winemaking.
Located at the northern edge of Tanunda, this award-winning cellar door (Star Cellar Door – Gourmet Traveller Wine, 2022) is where you can discover the true depth and diversity of Barossa wines. With over 100 wines available for tasting in the Wine Room, experiences such as the signature Grenache Project and Shiraz Six Origins delve deep into the stories behind the vines, varietals, and winemaking philosophies that shape Barossa’s global reputation.
Food lovers can enjoy seasonal Barossa flavours at Essen by Artisans of Barossa, offering two- or three-course à la carte menus with a contemporary twist. For more casual all-day dining, Delikatessen & Providore serves relaxed eats, exceptional coffee, and wine by the glass or bottle—all enjoyed with sweeping vineyard views from the terrace or lawn.
The Providore is also home to over 50 locally made products, showcasing the region’s finest produce from passionate Barossan makers and farmers.
Every purchase supports the local community. All wines are vegan, bottled locally, and made with minimal intervention, proudly reflecting the heritage and future of Barossa winemaking.
