Banrock Station Wine & Wetlands Centre offers a uniquely Riverland experience where sustainably crafted wines, seasonal menus, and conservation come together.

Catering is led by Salt & Pepper with Executive Chef Peter Kent, who creates regional and seasonal menus that highlight the flavours of the Riverland and champion local producers. Dishes evolve throughout the year to reflect what’s fresh and in season, providing a dining experience deeply rooted in place and provenance.

Set on the banks of the Murray River, the centre is also home to internationally recognised Ramsar-listed wetlands, which visitors can explore via self-guided walking trails. With panoramic views from the deck, the venue offers a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy Banrock’s full range of wines—crafted with sustainability at their core.

For over 25 years, Banrock Station has supported 130+ conservation projects across 13 countries, including turtle protection on the Great Barrier Reef and wetland restoration in their own backyard. In 2021, they partnered with Landcare Australia, committing to plant 100,000 native trees and shrubs annually—part of a broader environmental investment totalling $7.5 million to date.
