Prancing Pony Brewery
Prancing Pony Brewery is a proudly community-focused business based in the Adelaide Hills. Established in 2011, we operate across brewing, hospitality and tourism, creating experiences that bring people together through great beer, food and local collaboration.
Our brewery restaurant combines an industrial-chic dining space with a working production brewery, allowing guests to connect directly with the makers behind our products.
Our motto, "So Much More Than Beer", reflects the evolution of our business over the past 13 years. Most of our menu is made in-house, from wood-fired pizzas and signature dishes to sauces, condiments, and desserts. We proudly support local artists and musicians, while curating events that celebrate South Australian producers and our local community.
We have partnered with Emmalene Wines from the Adelaide Hills and The Still Co. from the Barossa Valley to offer a true South Australian beverage experience. All Prancing Pony beers, non-alcoholic beverages and ready-to-drink mixers are produced on site.
Innovation and collaboration are central to our approach. We work with neighbouring businesses to create unique products, including beers brewed with Beerenberg ingredients and menu items featuring our signature Black Ale sauce and locally made sausages.
In 2025, we partnered with Deep Blue Cafe in Moana and are exploring further opportunities in regional and tourism destinations, bringing the Prancing Pony experience to more people across South Australia.
