Red Poles
Red Poles is a vibrant, multi-award-winning destination nestled in the heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Established in 2005, it has grown into a dynamic hub for food, wine, art, music, and community. Whether you're looking for a relaxed lunch, a weekend getaway, or an immersive cultural experience, Red Poles offers it all in a warm, welcoming environment.
At its core is a café and restaurant led by Head Chef Travis Jeremiah, whose Darwin roots inspire a menu infused with Asian Pacific flavours and native bush ingredients, all crafted from the region’s finest local produce. With over 30 years of experience, Travis brings a fresh and exciting approach to relaxed, regional dining.
Red Poles is also home to a contemporary art gallery, B&B accommodation, and hosts live music every Sunday afternoon, along with art workshops and a history of unique events including cabaret, film nights, and cellar door experiences featuring Brick Kiln Wines, Vale Brewing, Sparkke Beverages, and Sabella Wines.
The venue is a favourite for weddings, private events, birthday celebrations, family gatherings, and even casual coffees with your dog by your side. From intimate lunches to functions for up to 100 guests, Red Poles is a place where everyone feels at home.
Surrounded by passionate growers and makers, Red Poles celebrates South Australia’s extraordinary local bounty—fostering connections between people, produce, and place. Every meal tells a story, and every visit is a journey through flavour, creativity, and the natural beauty of the region.
